Overview
The property maintenance course is an exciting one that allows maintenance workers and persons wanting to work in the construction industry to become well-rounded as it provides hands-on training on multiple skills.
Objectives
Entry Requirement
Any NVQ-J Level 1 certification or successful completion of the HEART NSTA Trust Diagnostic Test or at least one (1) CSEC or GCE subject
Qualification Gained
NVQ-J Level 3 (Diploma) in Hotel Property Maintenance. The NVQ-J Certification is recognized in all CARICOM and Commonwealth countries.
