The Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is the hub of the administration for the Caribbean Military Academy and comprises four Sections – Student Affairs, Examinations, Records Management and Student Information Systems.

Student Affairs

Our Student Affairs Section (SAS) is here to help our students create a personal and meaningful experience at the Caribbean Military Academy. We strive to provide an environment which is “a home away from home” for our students while supporting and promoting their success. SAS is the first point of information for both international and local students.

Student Affairs comprises two main Units – Admissions and Student Services

Admission to Degree Programmes

In addition to the general English Language requirements and the programme-specific requirements, to gain admittance to a degree programme, applicants must satisfy the following minimum entrance requirements:

• Five CSEC subjects General Proficiency (Grades I-III) or and/or GCE O’Level /BGCSE subjects (Grades A-C) which must include English Language AND Two double Units CAPE subjects or 2 GCE A Level (passes with highly competitive grades)

OR

•An Associate Degree from an approved tertiary level institution with a GPA of 2.5 and above

OR

•Certificates and Diplomas awarded by a recognized institution and approved by the Academic Board
