Overview

This course targets persons with an interest in mastering the Microsoft Office Suite as well as becoming proficient in the use of the internet.

• Application of occupational health and safety procedures
• Operating a Personal Computer
• Operating a Word Processing Application
• Operating a Spreadsheet Application
• Operating a Presentation Application
• Operating a Database application
• Proficient use of the Internet
• Maintenance of equipment and consumables To design organisational documents using computing packages
• Performing Data Entry Operations
• Installation of software packages

Entry Requirement

Any NVQ-J Level 1 certification or successful completion of the HEART NSTA Trust Diagnostic Test or at least one (1) CSEC or GCE subject

Qualification Gained

NVQ-J Level 2 Certificate in Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Systems. The NVQ-J Certification is recognized in all CARICOM and Commonwealth countries.
