Junior Leadership Qualification COURSE (JLQC)

Duration: Seven (7) weeks

Location: CMA Newcastle

Overview

The JLQC is a seven-week programme that aims to prepare junior leaders to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for them to perform their duties in the JDF effectively. The Course includes performance objectives in subject areas where junior leaders are required to demonstrate leadership and proficiency.

The JLQC comprises two (2) phases, the garrison phase where students learn the different subject areas in a classroom environment and phase two where students perform practical exercises to include field exercises, ranges and disaster preparedness.
