Student Information Systems Section (SISS)

The Student Information Systems Section (SISS) provides functional administration of the enterprise system that runs the business processes for the Office of the Registrar. These processes include, but are not limited to registration, programme definition, course definition, management of student administrative activities such as leave of absence, add/drop and withdrawals. SISS is also responsible for trouble shooting with students who may have difficulties with any aspect of the student-related processes they use on the student management system.

The Examination Process

The Examinations Section plays a critical role in ensuring that the Examinations process in the CMA is managed efficiently across all CMA Schools and Institutes and that all aspects of the Examination Regulations are strictly upheld. The Section co-ordinates and manages the submission of Examination Papers, preparation of Examinations Timetables and Accommodation Schedule and is responsible for the processing of transcripts.

All requests for Remark of examination Scripts, consultations with faculty on examination papers, and transcripts must be submitted by email to cmaexams@jdf.mil.jm.

Responsibilities of the Records Office

The Records Office is responsible for the effective and appropriate management of information produced in, and received by the Office of the Registrar as well as the appropriate disposal of records.
